Return and refund policy

At VIBEHER, every T-shirt is printed specifically for you. Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, fit, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue.
To process your request, we’ll need:

• Your order number

• A clear photo showing the issue

• A short description of the problem

2. Refund or Replacement Options

Once your request is approved, we will:

• Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

• Issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Since each T-shirt is custom printed, we cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect size or personal preference

• Products damaged by improper care or washing
